Immunoglobulin A vasculitis and Kawasaki disease management in children

The term vasculitis refers to inflammation directed at blood vessels of any size, which leads to destruction of the vessel wall. Vasculitis represent a heterogeneous group of conditions with varied pathogenesis, clinical presentation and histopathologic features.
